Code of Practice

Compliance with our Code of Practice is a core requirement for all Direct Selling New Zealand Incorporated members. By committing to this Code, members uphold the highest standards of ethics and professionalism in every business interaction.

The Code sets clear guidelines for engaging with consumers and potential direct sellers, fostering informed decision-making and creating an environment of trust, confidence, and transparency.

Our Code of Practice is your assurance of integrity in the direct selling industry.

The Code of Practice: Your Assurance of Trust

Our Code of Practice provides peace of mind and protection for both direct sellers and consumers. Every seller representing a DSNZ Member must comply with this Code, helping create an ethical marketplace built on strong consumer protection standards.

The Code complements the Fair Trading Act 1986, offering additional safeguards and assurances for anyone engaging with our members.

Beyond setting standards, the Code also delivers a reliable and impartial system for resolving issues, ensuring fairness and transparency at every step.

When you choose a DSNZ Member, you choose integrity, accountability, and confidence.
